Who are you?
I am ARUNA! I'm a 18 year female..born and raised SCARBOROUGH!!!!

I'm a youth activist, working full time and planning to go to University this September. I have a definite interest in politics and want to eventually become a lawyer, if tuition fees permit! I have a great passion of learning, and I volunteer with various groups around Toronto.

Why are you running?
I am running because I want to break the mould, give our city a nice long taste of different, something that will get the blood flowing! I want to show the citizens of Toronto the potential that our city has, and just what we are capable of doing!!!!

What should a City Councillor be?
A City Councillor should be hyperactive, SUPERACTIVE and just plain ready for the next steps! NOT taking no for an answer should be their main platform and people should be their main priority! They should be aware of the issues their riding faces and be willing to take on all those things head on with force and not stopping until there is some kind of compromise or solution.

We need new leaders.
